Chair monthly Committee Meetings, parent communications on behalf of the committee, participate in staff, policy and service review processes. 

Organise social and fundraising events.

Take on the President’s role when the President is unavailable or needs assistance.                                                                                                               

To research and apply for relevant grants.                         

Invoices, timesheets, audit, annual statement and enrolments.                               

Provide marketing support to increase enrolments.               

Take minutes of each meeting and distribute agendas.                                                                                                                                                           

Manage all maintenance requests provided by the teaching staff.
